Building on our success of last year blas are extending their opening days and hours. To achieve this we require chef's that are passionate about food with a great team work ethic to join our small dedicated team.
We prepare all our dishes from scratch using the best local seasonal produce where available, creating dishes that pack a real flavour punch.
